Boys & Girls Club of Manhattan
Who We Are
Boys & Girls Club of Manhattan is a unique organization that delivers programs at nine Club locations in Manhattan. Our purpose is to provide caring, adult professionals and a safe place for youth to learn and grow where hope and opportunity is provided through life-enhancing programs and character development experiences.
Before school, after school and during the summer months the Boys & Girls Club of Manhattan engages members in fun and educational activities that help develop a sound moral compass and influence their ability to succeed in life. As the needs of our families and children continue to change, so will the dynamics of our programs and services. We provide guidance to nearly 2,000 children annually with our nine units by:
- Discovering their needs
- Pursuing their interests
- Nurturing their talents
- Broadening their viewpoints
- Dissolving their prejudices
- Resolving their conflicts
- Setting their goals
- Understanding themselves
- Having fun!

The mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Manhattan is to inspire and enable all young people to realize their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.
