Our mission is to provide reliable access to healthy food, build connections with community partners, and empower neighbors to meet their basic needs.
The Market
The Market is our on-site food program, serving residents of Riley County, Pottawatomie County (to St. George), and Ft. Riley. Guests are welcome to visit The Market once a week to select food and hygiene items that support their family's needs.
Partner Locations
The Breadbasket provides food to seven area food pantries, expanding access across our service area.
USDA (TEFAP) Commodity Program
Distribution of available USDA commodities to income-eligible families that meet federal guidelines. Please call (785) 537-0730 for distribution dates.
CSFP Commodity Program
Distribution of commodity foods to income eligible seniors over the age of 60.
Access to Resources
Breadbasket staff and volunteers can assist with SNAP applications, provide referrals to other service providers, and help connect guests with resources to support their needs.
